  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Services or salon appointments once availed
